Congratulations! You’ve managed to successfully come to an agreement to buy the property. What’s next? It’s time to ask the owner to take the property off the market to avoid other potential buyers from making offers. At this stage, we’ll usually ask for your solicitor details.
Next, it’s time to get all the legal work and necessary surveys completed to ensure the property is in the condition the owner has stated.
